Not many of us LOVE working out or eating clean. However, we do like the results of feeling good and looking good. We want to grow old gracefully.
We don’t do that by drinking, smoking, laying around on the couch, and eating bon bons!! We also HATE the adverse affects of doing all of these things and the way it makes us feel.
So why don’t we do something about it? Why don’t we change?
We’ve been fed that lie that it will never last or never work. Or you’ve tried so many things and have failed so many times, it’s just going to be the same result. But it doesn’t have to be.
